Brokerage defaults
Set these once. Every agent automatically inherits them the moment they sign up — you never touch anything per agent. Agents can override their own; defaults only ever fill blanks, so a personalized agent is never changed.
No logo
Best: a PNG with a transparent background, trimmed to the logo, wide/horizontal, ~600px+ wide. A white-background image shows as a white box — transparent is ideal. Dark logos are placed on a light chip where the background is dark.
No image
Most brokerages leave this blank — yard signs are agent-specific, so each agent adds their own. Set one only if your brokerage uses a standard sign (no agent name). If you do, a straight-on photo of the sign works best.
Where replies to the onboarding email land. Blank = Agent Storybook support. (Separate from admins — set one office/contact address here.)
The backfill button is optional — only for agents who signed in before you set these defaults. New sign-ups inherit automatically.
